How much do you charge for your services?
The monthly service fee for Representative Payee Services is set by the Social Security Administration. Fees for Conservatorships and Individual Payee Managementare set by Greenleaf Payment Services and adjusted annually. For a current list of our fees, click here.

How do I get my utility bills sent to Greenleaf Payment Services instead of my address?
You must contact your utility company and change your address to the following:

When do you make payments?
Payments are always made on the 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th of the month, depending on the budget made for you.

How do I receive my funds?
There are a couple different ways you can receive your personal needs funds: 1. A mailed check 2. Direct Deposit into your own savings account at your bank. We do not direct deposit into a client's checking account as we discourage personal checking account usage to avoid excess charges and fees being assessed to our clients 3. Sign up for a Pre-Paid Visa card. We work with Platinum Pay Visa card and a sign-up formis available on our forms page or by clicking here.

How does the Visa Card work?
You will use your Visa card just like any credit card at any retailer that accepts Visa.   On the specified days for your budget, your funds will be automatically transferred into your account.  You may not use your visa card if you don’t have the money in your account.

Are there any fees involved with the Visa card?
Yes!  If you use an ATM to withdraw cash there will be a $1.50 fee charged in addition to the ATM machine’s fee.  Also, if you lose your card and have to order a new one it will cost you a $5 card replacement fee.  If you call the Visa customer service number and talk to a person rather than using the automated system, you will be charged a $3 fee. 

How can I avoid obtaining a fee?
To avoid the above fees, you can do the following:  To get cash use your Visa card at a retailer that allows a debit transaction (most major grocery stores or retailers).  At the point of sale, you should swipe your card and select debit instead of credit – enter in your PIN and ask for the cash back option.  You will not be charged a fee for this.  Also, to check your card balance by using the automated phone system, not by talking to a Visa representative.  You can do this by calling 1-866-770-2151.

The ATM machine took my card, what do I do?
If you attempt to use the Visa card for transactions over the card’s available balance 3 times in one day – the machine will keep your card.  You will need to call the Visa card customer service and order a new card.  The new card replacement fee is $5. 

I have lost my Visa Card, what do I do?
To report your card lost please call 1-866-770-2151.  You will need to order a replacement card.  The replacement card fee is $5.

Why isn’t my card working?
If you attempt to use the Visa card for transactions over the card’s available balance more than 3 times in one day, your account will be put on hold for the rest of the day.  You will not be able to use it again until the following day - provided you have the funds in your account.

How do I check the balance in my Visa account?
You can check your balance by calling 1-866-770-2151 and using the automated system.  You can also go to www.myplatinumpay.com to look up your account information.
